  • HISTORY
    The company traces its history from the management and ownership of apartment communities and high rise apartment buildings. Soon thereafter PRC became active in the construction of single family homes and enhanced its expertise into every aspect of multi-family housing including new construction and rehabilitation, financing and third party management. Over the years investors, property owners and financial institutions came to PRC to create solutions for distressed properties.

    A proven ability to bring many disciplines to bear on a given problem has allowed PRC to respond quickly to changing market conditions earning the company a solid reputation in repositioning properties. In fact, The PRC Group is often called upon by banks, corporations, and private companies to “rescue” distressed real estate by creating working solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems.

    During the past decade the company’s strategy was to enhance its capabilities and expertise. The depth of the property management staff increased and the construction management services were added. Brokerage and transaction capabilities were developed while financing resources were improved with the acquisition of Metropolitan Financial Corporation.
