HISTORY
The company traces its history from the management and ownership of apartment
communities and high rise apartment buildings. Soon thereafter PRC became
active in the construction of single family homes and enhanced its expertise
into every aspect of multi-family housing including new construction and
rehabilitation, financing and third party management. Over the years investors,
property owners and financial institutions came to PRC to create solutions
for distressed properties. |
