Campus Town is a 120 million dollar project that was made possible by a section of the 2009 New Jersey Economic Stimulus Act, entered into a Public-Private Partnership which allowed the building and operation of a mixed use project. TCNJ chose The PRC Group as the developer of this beautiful new student housing and retail community. Campus Town serves as a conduit for the students and the public to interact and expand educational experience.

The PRC Group was retained by Meridian Health Care Systems to construct a 50 unit Senior Housing Complex with a Community Center in Neptune, NJ. The ground breaking ceremony took place on November 18, 2013. When the complex was completed, existing residents from in the John Knox community were relocated in 2 phases to the new complex. The Township of Neptune Housing Authority owns the complex.

The development of the Red Bank Corporate Plaza is a joint venture with The PRC Group and Mack-Cali Corporation. The 88,000 square-foot office/retail plaza is within walking distance to all of Red Bank’s amenities including shops, restaurants, hotels, theaters, marinas and a New Jersey Transit train station.
