We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Accounts Payable position in our new construction division. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, organizational skills and the ability to multitask. A strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required, Yardi experience is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with our accounting team.

Under the direction of the Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable responsibilities including:

  • Sort, batch and enter incoming invoices
  • Print and match checks to supporting documentation
  • Match Invoices / AIA’s to Construction Contracts
  • Maintain Contractors’ Certificates of Insurance
  • Process 1099
  • Other related duties as requested by Supervisor
