Kenneth Koehler has over 40 years of experience in real estate, construction, finance and banking. He has had direct experience in residential and commercial construction lending, as well as extensive experience in the management and financing of multi-family and commercial real estate properties. Mr. Koehler began his career with the Bank of Boston, where he managed Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Lending units at a subsidiary bank. More recently, Mr. Koehler was president and chief executive officer of Dollar Dry Dock Bank, New York, NY, a $5 billion financial services company, and he was president and chief executive officer of Metropolitan Bank and Trust, a $2 billion publicly held financial institution in Cleveland, OH. Both firms specialized in acquisition and development financing, as well as intermediate and long-term financing for numerous real estate projects. Mr. Koehler’s experience includes working actively with intermediate and non-bank lenders, including conduits. Mr. Koehler joined the PRC Group as President in 2003.

Mr. Koehler served as a Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers and was awarded the Bronze Star. He earned a BS in Economics from Duquesne University and an MBA from Xavier University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University. Mr. Koehler has served on many for-profit and non-profit boards, and is currently director and Audit Committee Chairman of Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Amboy Bank. Mr. Koehler also served as a Director of Gulf Oil, Inc. for 10 years.
