Real Estate Sales Assistant - New Homes, P/T
The PRC Group, a successful and award-winning Monmouth County real estate services firm, has an immediate part-time opening for a real estate sales assistant at our new home community in Monmouth County. This is an exciting opportunity with a rewarding compensation package, including salary plus commission, for a positive, self-motivated real estate sales professional who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet and qualify new home buying prospects.
- Assist salesperson with leading customers throughout the home buying process from purchase agreement to closing and then into community experience.
- Assist salesperson with converting prospects to buyers by consistent follow up on prospective customers.
- Frequent prospecting through telephone and maintaining regular communication with realtors.
- Maintain accurate records on communication with customers.
- Working weekends required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of the NJ residential real estate market including contracts, disclosure requirements and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Knowledge of the company's products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork and ability to listen attentively.
- Ability to proficiently use general office equipment and software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications:
- Active NJ real estate license
- High school diploma or equivalent
