Robert
M. Kaye
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Kaye is the founder of The PRC Group and has been widely
recognized for his leadership and entrepreneurial contributions
both within the organization and the outside business community.
Mr. Kaye began his career in 1960 as a property manager
and gradually grew the organization into one of the most
diversified and respected real estate development and service
companies in the Tri-State area.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Mr. Kaye is
a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Property Manager
(CPM). He was a director of the Institute of Real Estate
Management (IREM) and the New Jersey Shore Builders Association.
He is the former Chairman of the Board of a $2 billion financial
institution and sits on several academic and corporate boards.
Mr. Kaye currently chairs legislative committees for community
reinvestment as well as several philanthropic organizations.
These attributes bring to The PRC Group the diversification
and expertise that few possess.

Steven
A. Kaye
Executive Vice President and President of PRC Construction Company, Inc.
Mr. Kaye directs all facets of the company's real estate development activities.
He is the second generation of the Kaye family to lead The PRC Group and has been instrumental
in the company's expanded activities into residential and commercial development.
Since 1997, Mr. Kaye has served the New Jersey Builders Association as a member of the Board of
Directors and is a PAC Trustee. From 2000-2002, Mr. Kaye served as President of the New Jersey Shore
Builders Association, a 400 plus member company association representing the homebuilding industry;
currently serves on its Board of Directors and on numerous committees. He has been honored numerous
times including 1996 & 2003 BEAM Award, 2000 Corner Stone Award, 2001 Builder of the Year Award and
2002 Builder Continuous Service Award. In 2002, Governor McGreevey appointed Mr. Kaye to the New Jersey
Development Council.
Mr. Kaye received his BA from Denison University and his MBA from the University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill. He is a member of The Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), has obtained the Certified
Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a
licensed real estate broker.

Kenneth
T. Koehler
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Koehler is responsible for managing the operations
of The PRC Group as well as strategic planning for areas
such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Management
Reporting and Investments.
Mr. Koehler has over thirty years of experience in real
estate, finance, and banking. Mr. Koehler has had direct
experience in both residential and commercial construction
lending, as well as extensive experience in the management
and financing of multi-family and commercial real estate
properties. Mr. Koehler began his career with the Bank of
Boston where he managed Commercial Real Estate and Commercial
Lending units at a subsidiary bank. More recently, Mr. Koehler
was president and chief executive officer of Dollar Dry
Dock Bank, New York, New York, a $5 billion financial services
company and president and chief executive officer of Metropolitan
Bank and Trust, a $1.6 billion financial institution located
in Cleveland, Ohio. Both institutions specialized in acquisition
and development financing, as well as intermediate and long-term
financing for numerous real estate projects. Financing experience
includes working actively with intermediate and non-bank
lenders, including conduits.
Mr. Koehler served as a Lieutenant in the Army Corps of
Engineers where he was awarded the Bronze Star. He earned
his BS in Economics from Duquesne University and a MBA from
Xavier University. He is also a graduate of the Stonier
Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University. Mr. Koehler
has served on many for-profit and non-profit boards and
is currently serving as a director of Cumberland Farms/Gulf
Oil, where he also serves as chairman of the Audit Committee.

David Coppola
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Coppola is responsible for directing the finance, tax and accounting departments as well as The PRC Group’s project planning and investment strategies. Mr. Coppola joined the organization in 2004 as Corporate Controller and promoted to Vice President, Finance & Administration in 2005 which expanded his role to include Insurance, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
Mr. Coppola, a Certified Public Accountant, has over twenty years experience serving in various Accounting and Finance capacities of residential and commercial real estate development and operations. He began his career in Public Accounting and obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Pace University, New York in 1982.

Joseph
Thompson
Senior Vice President
Mr. Thompson is responsible for the operations of the property
management division, which services The PRC Group portfolio
as well as client properties. Mr. Thompson also manages
The PRC Group’s Commercial Construction Division,
responsible for major projects ranging from Class ‘‘A”
office buildings to tenant fit out. He leads a staff of
experienced project managers, estimators and construction
managers. His strong background in facilities management
and administration is a key component of The PRC Group’s
management team.
Prior to joining The PRC Group, Mr. Thompson was responsible
for both development and operating properties for a major
U.S.-based oil corporation for 14 years. He also spent four
years directing his own real estate brokerage and construction
services company. The courts in several states have appointed
him as a receiver in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters.
Mr. Thompson earned his BS in Business Administration and
MBA from Monmouth College. He subsequently enhanced his
business skills through a Graduate Program in Credit and
Financial Management, as well as attained his Certified
Property Manager designation and a real estate sales associate
license.

Robert J. McGowan
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. McGowan has a diversified background, as both a practicing attorney and Certified Public Accountant with nearly three decades of experience in law, finance and accounting. Principal areas of emphasis have been in authority and agency laws; business formations; contract and commercial law; municipal government; mergers and acquisitions; real estate development and title transfer.
As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Mr. McGowan serves as Chief Legal Counsel and Director of Legal Services and support for all of the affiliated companies and land development activities within The PRC Group.
Mr. McGowan’s governmental service included ten years as a municipal judge; five years as Sayreville Borough Attorney; and various appointments as General and Special Counsel for Redevelopment Agencies and Municipal Utility Authorities; Special Counsel, County of Monmouth; Assistant Municipal Prosecutor; and Zoning Board Attorney. Prior business experience includes a myriad of progressively higher positions within the financial and accounting communities, culminating as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of a coaxial cable and microwave manufacturing corporation. Previous attorney engagements include over twenty years in private practice and as General and Special Counsel for privately held development and management companies, including five years as Executive Vice President for a regional home building company.
Mr. McGowan earned a BS degree in Accounting from Lehigh University and a law degree from Seton Hall Law School. Subsequent certifications include Diplomate in New Jersey Municipal Law from the NJ Institute of Municipal Attorneys in conjunction with Rutgers, The State University of NJ. He has served as a Borough Council member, Planning Board member, Hospital Board member, and as director of a state chartered Savings and Loan Association. He is presently a member of the Board of Trustees of New York Military Academy; NJ State and Monmouth County Bar Associations; and of the Northern Jersey Urban League Institute.

Anthony
F. Collura
President, CRS Lease Services
Mr. Collura has over twenty years of experience in internal
auditing, asset and revenue accounting, and financial management,
the majority of which was as a senior executive for major
national real estate lease audit services providers. As
President of lease services, Mr. Collura oversees all
operations, assignment of staff, and project planning. He
spends the majority of his time working directly with CRS
audit staff and clients in the resolution of claims and
negotiations with landlords.
Beginning as a financial and operational auditor in the
banking industry with Manufacturers Hanover and CIT Group
and later as accounting manager, Mr. Collura set up complete
accounting operations for leasing and asset-based financing
operations. For over fifteen years with CRS, and prior to that
with Kislak Lease Services, Mr. Collura has directed national
operations, and designed, implemented, and supervised real
estate lease audit programs for many of the best-known corporate
office and retail tenants in the United States.
Mr. Collura earned his BS in Accounting from Rutgers University.
