Health Insurance
Health coverage is available to full-time employees and eligible dependents on the first day of the month upon completion of 90 days of service. This comprehensive plan includes prescription drug coverage, no referral required for specialized physician visit, a nationwide network of providers as well as exercise facility reimbursement. The company pays the majority of cost coverage and the employees’ portion is paid with pre-tax dollars.
Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is available to full-time employees and eligible dependents on the first day of the month upon completion of 90 days of service. Three comprehensive plans with varied options are offered so employees can pick the plan that best meets their dental needs. The company pays the majority of cost coverage and the employees’ portion is paid with pre-tax dollars.
401k Plan
The company provides a qualified 401k Retirement Savings Plan to help employees accumulate financial resources for retirement. The company may also provide a discretionary match.
Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability insurance coverages are available to full-time employees on the first day of the month upon completion of 90 days of service. Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability insurance coverages are fully paid for by the company.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full time employees are eligible for 1 day per month up to a maximum of 10 days during their first year of employment through December 31st. Thereafter, on January 1st, an employee is eligible for 15 days per calendar year. After an employee’s sixth January 1st, he or she is eligible for 20 days per calendar year.
